How we teach it
On the devices people actually own.
For most people in rural Jharkhand the primary device is a phone, not a laptop. Training designed around desktop computers quietly misses how people actually work, so we teach on both.
We also teach the things a software course leaves out: writing a clear message to a client, meeting a deadline, invoicing, and setting up the bank account and payment method without which remote work cannot pay you.
- Phone-first teaching alongside computer skills
- Local-language instruction, not just translated interfaces
- Payment, banking and portfolio setup built into the course
- Skill selection based on what employers and clients pay for now
