What you can train in, and what it leads to

Every course listed here connects to a named outcome: a type of job, or a type of business you could run.

How each course will be listed

What we teach right now. Six subjects, running in Giridih and Ranchi. Courses last between three months and one year depending on the subject and how far you take it. They are free for people who genuinely cannot afford to pay and subsidised for everyone else. No prior qualification is needed for any of them.

  • Digital marketing — social media, ads, content and client work. The most direct route to paid freelance work or a marketing job.
  • Business skills — pricing, costing, record-keeping, selling and dealing with customers. For anyone running or starting something of their own.
  • Artificial intelligence tools — using AI in real work: writing, design, research and client delivery. Practical use, not theory.
  • Website development — building and maintaining working sites, from a first page to a client project.
  • Personality development — presence, confidence and how to carry yourself in an interview and at work.
  • Communication skills — speaking and writing well enough to be hired, and to hold a room once you are.

Each course will be listed here in full — exact intake dates, fee bands and district availability — as each batch is scheduled. The structure below is how every one of them is described.

  • What you learn: the specific practical skills covered
  • What it leads to: the named job roles or enterprise types it prepares you for
  • Who it is for: prior experience needed, if any
  • Duration and schedule: including whether it can fit around existing work
  • Cost: fees and any scholarship or subsidy available
  • Where: which districts it currently runs in
  • What happens after: which pathway it feeds, employment or enterprise

We are publishing the structure before the content deliberately, so that anyone reading can see what we intend to disclose about every course rather than discovering the gaps later.

Two destinations

Every course ends in one of two places

The employment track

You finish with interview practice, workplace readiness and an introduction to employers who hire for that skill.

The enterprise track

You finish with a business plan that survives contact with reality, a mentor, market linkage, and a route to early capital.
