What we teach right now. Six subjects, running in Giridih and Ranchi. Courses last between three months and one year depending on the subject and how far you take it. They are free for people who genuinely cannot afford to pay and subsidised for everyone else. No prior qualification is needed for any of them.

Digital marketing — social media, ads, content and client work. The most direct route to paid freelance work or a marketing job.
Business skills — pricing, costing, record-keeping, selling and dealing with customers. For anyone running or starting something of their own.
Artificial intelligence tools — using AI in real work: writing, design, research and client delivery. Practical use, not theory.
Website development — building and maintaining working sites, from a first page to a client project.
Personality development — presence, confidence and how to carry yourself in an interview and at work.
Communication skills — speaking and writing well enough to be hired, and to hold a room once you are.
