Defensible outcome data, not a glossy impact claim

A structured, measurable way to invest in workforce readiness and enterprise creation in Jharkhand, reported against agreed outcomes.

Where funding goes

What corporate investment builds

Training cohorts

Fund a full cohort in a named skill, in a named district, with intake and outcome data reported back.

Placement infrastructure

The employer outreach and interview preparation that converts training into actual jobs.

Enterprise seed support

Mentorship, market linkage and early capital for micro-enterprises through their first year.

Women-focused programming

Provision designed around the real access barriers: distance, timing, safety and care work.

Digital learning capacity

Devices, connectivity and instruction for phone-first digital skilling in rural districts.

District expansion

Opening a working pathway in a district we do not yet reach, from first employer relationship onward.

How a partnership runs

Four stages, agreed in writing

01

Scope

We agree what will be delivered, in which districts, for how many people, and what would count as success.

02

Baseline

We record starting income and employment status, so any later claim has something to be measured against.

03

Deliver

Training, placement or enterprise support runs, with agreed checkpoints rather than a single end-of-year report.

04

Report

Outcomes at twelve months with denominators, attrition and failures included, in a form your auditors can use.

For your review

What we can send a CSR committee

Everything a decision-maker needs to assess whether this is a structured, accountable partner.

Proposal

Scoped programme proposal

Deliverables, districts, cohort sizes, timeline and the outcome metrics we would be held to.

Compliance

Registration & CSR-1

Lakshmi Foundation is a Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013. Our 12A, 80G and CSR-1 applications are in process and none has been granted yet, which means we cannot at present receive CSR funds under Section 135 or issue an 80G receipt. We would rather you knew that at the start of a conversation than at the end of one.

Framework

Monitoring framework

How outcomes are collected, verified and reported, including how we treat untraceable participants.
