Fund a specific step, not a general fund

Every contribution is tied to something trackable, and reported back honestly, including the parts that did not work.

Fund one specific step in someone’s path to income

Amounts are indicative while per-programme costs are being finalised. Nothing is charged on this page. Choosing an amount opens WhatsApp with your message already written, so a person can confirm everything with you before any money moves.

Where money goes

Three things a donation funds

A training seat

Covers one person’s place in a skill-development cohort, from digital literacy to a trade certification.

A mentorship hour

Supports the matching and coordination that connects a learner or entrepreneur to a mentor for a defined stretch.

A placement outcome

Backs the employer outreach, interview preparation and follow-up that turn a completed course into an actual job or first sale.

How to give

We send the payment link on WhatsApp

There is no bank account or payment gateway published on this site, and that is deliberate. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us what you want to give, and we will send you the payment link directly along with the few details we need for your receipt. You will always be talking to a person, and you can stop at any point.

Before you give, two things you should know. Our 12A and 80G applications are in process, so we cannot yet issue a tax-exemption certificate for your contribution. And we are early: around ten people have come through our first batches, in Giridih and Ranchi. Give because you want to fund that beginning, not because a number on a website impressed you.

Prefer email? Write to lakshmifoundation.org@gmail.com, or call +91 96081 81115 between 10 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

What you get back

Reporting you can actually check.

We will tell you what your contribution funded, how many people it reached, and what happened to them at twelve months, with the denominator included.

If the cohort you funded had poor outcomes, we will tell you that too. It is the only version of reporting worth having.

  • A specific step funded, named, not a general appeal
  • Outcome reporting at twelve months, not at course completion
  • Denominators published, so a number can be interrogated
  • Failures reported alongside successes

Talk to us before you give.

We would rather have a short conversation than take your money through a form you cannot ask questions of.
